ILR SET(M) PEO

i have booked peo appointment for nex week for ILR SET (M).but have one worry.i previously overstayed my student visa before going back to my country and got married to my british wife and got spouse visa.will my overstay in any way affect been issued ilr at the peo?can it be classified as a straight forward application.


any opion will be really welcome.
