Hi,

Congrats on your ILR. I am on wp for 3 years and 2 yrs on HSMP. As I am currently self-employed and contracting in europe, I have exceeded 180 days.

Can you suggest me how do i apply for ILR, IS it worth going directly or through a visa solicitor? If you do know any visa solicitor who can guide me on this please send me his details.

Many thanks.

Kind Regards,
Nagesh

Nagesh,

I went through the solicitor because i was not able to get the appointment, I feel going inperson is best and also you got wide chances to explain yourself, proving or providing documents which required .

For your business trips get a letter that will solve your problem....

hope this helps.

Regards
Nach

People covered by HSMP JR do not require KOL at the time of ILR.

Can the OP please tell for how many days in total he was out of the country, how many days were annual leave and how many were business trip days. Also if you could tell how you tell how you presented and if there was any problem. Thanks
