Parents on dependent of ILR

Post by dnp » Wed May 12, 2010 12:38 pm

Hi,

I had my ILR in feb-2010. My mother is widow and she is in INDIA rightnow. She visited UK 3 times on visitor basis. Can I apply for her on my dependent?

So she can look after your mother. Marriage doesn't affect that.

This type of visa is one of the hardest to get, and almost impossible with local family available.

Very costly too now, £1600....
