BHC Islamabad accepting dependent for VAF2 for HSMP Holders?

Hi all

Does any body know that whether the british commision Islamabad is accepting the VAF2 for previous HSMP holders?

I got HSMP in Nov 2006 before PBS was in place and tier1 General afterwards in 2008.
