Since I got so much help from this forum, would just like to share my experience today:
Usual entry allowed 30 minutes before, waited, security and then queued for document check.
We were applying for ILR through WP with 1 dependant:
Got our turn, the officer checked documents and then said that the on the very first P60 the name of the employer wasn't exactly as on WP. I said I also have Pay slips for that year and he looked at a couple and then said OK.
He then said that its fine but Dependant will not qualify as they were themselves on WP, which we refused and said that they were on dependant's VISA since 2008. He then scrolled pages to that VISA and said its fine????????
Anyways, were asked to move to 1st floor and make payment, Made the payment and were asked to wait in 1st floor itself. Got our number called with many others and then were told to go on the 2nd floor instead..Went to 2nd floor and waited...Got our number called and went to caseofficer, She first asked for the Passports, Pictures and Form only. Handed everything over and she checked. She too after a while said that dependant is on their WP to which we again clarified and then she saw the dependants VISA and nodded.
She then asked for Employer's letter, 3 Months Pay slips and 3 months bank statement, Life in the UK test for both. (Handed over)
I had attached a separate table with all absences (around 15 trips out of UK), she asked for the letter certifying business trips (handed over) and she crossed the 3 trips out from the list that were on the letter. She did not even count the rest or check against passport.
Went to take off photocopies, came back and said that was waiting for some more checks so we should wait for number again. Called number back in 15 mts. and said all is fine and was granting us ILR and to wait on 2nd floor or go out.
We decided to wait and number was called back in 45 mts. Got our ILR. Relieved and Happy..

Thanks to all who helped me and Good luck to all applying soon.
Cheers
