I have been in UK for last 5 years and plan to apply for ILR soon. During my stay in UK, I was with the same employer on work permit for first 4 year 6 months. For last six months, I am working with another employer on Tier-2 status. I left my first job after receiving the Tier-2 status from home office for my second job. Here are some details...

From 01/06/2005 to 18/12/2009 on work permit with Employer-1.

On 03/12/2009 received confirmation from Home office to start job with Employer-2 on Tier-2.

From 19/12/2009 to 03/01/2010 on vacation within UK, without job.

From 04/01/2010 to till date on Tier-2 status with Employer-2.

Q1: Since I was on vacation for 2 weeks without job in UK before I switched my job, Am I eligible for ILR application ?

Q2: My wife and son have been staying with me in UK only for last 2.5 years as dependant. Can I apply for their ILR along with my application ?

Q3: Is there any rule stating minimum number of days stay in UK for dependants while applying for ILR ?
