Hi there, I hope you guys can help. I have just been refused my tier4 student visa application. this due to my college not being able to provide me a cas before my existing leave to remain expired(28/02/2010) due to their license being suspended at the time. they have since got their license back but i am in a major dillema as to appeal the home office decision or to re-apply. I've recieved my refusal letter on the 14th may 2010 and therefore have only 3 days from today to lodge my appeal. can somebody pls tell me on what grounds my appeal should be based asap.. :(
