ready to submit applic

Post by daydreamer » Tue May 25, 2010 11:47 pm

hello everyone, hope everyone is doing well.
My husband is submitting his application in dubai tomorrow afternoon....... a bit scared to be honest, but we've checked and checked and i feel we have all the necessary documents.
This site has been a real help, for all those who asked all the right questions lol and those who were kind enough to offer advice, i cant thank you all enough. You made this whole process easier for me.
Anyway these are the documents we have:

-visa applic + fee
-passport + passport sized picture
-police record from dubai (confirming no convictions etc)
-certified copy of my passport bio data page, aswell as pages showing visits to Dubai
-marriage certificate
-letter from husbands company confirming employment (history/salary)
-supporting letter from me
-my bank statements
-accountants papers (im self employed)
-tax papers/reciepts
-my degree certificate
-title deeds to a house i own
-consent letter from dad (accomodation)
-land registry papers for dads house (downloaded from landregistry website as advised from here)
-housing inspection report
-sponsorship declaration form
-dads passport copy
-wedding pictures
-emails/phone records
-maternity record (confirming pregnancy)
-husbands bank statement, proof that he has money to pay for his travel to uk

seeing it typed on screen like that makes it look like we over did it......
can anyone tell me what they think? plus im worried about one thing, the accounts and tax papers cover september to end of march, which means april and may isnt accounted for!!! there have been unnecessary delays, and i just dont know what to do. My accountant has included net earnings prediction for this year, should this be enough or will it cause problems??? i do have a recent bank statement showing money going in for april and may.
Hope someone can give me some advice, feedback.
Thanks in advance

The list of docs you have attached is sufficient for your case. There is no harm in overdoing things..

Your husband will get the visa in the next few weeks.

Good luck and glad teh forum has helped to ease your worries at such stressful time

Looks like you covered all your bases. I agree with everyone else, it looks like you'll have an approval :)
I tell it like it is.
