Sure mate...it's very much repetitive but will still mention here :
1) VAF9 Personal details form
2) PBS Appendix 1 Selft Assessment form
3) Copy of Point Based Calculator PDF version
4) Age Proof ( Passport)
5) Maintenance : 3 months bank statements on bank letter head(Stamped + signed) + Balance certificate
6) Previous Earnings : Print out of Salary Slips(Stamped + signed) and Bank statements on bank letter head for last 12 months + ITR for last 3 months.
7) Marriage Certificate

University letter for English( Stamped + signed by Univ Registrar)
9) Degree Certificate + Marksheets
10) Cover letters for all
