Diploma course (urgent replies please)

I have completed MBA (General) but can't apply as results will be out after my visa expires. I have few queries,

1) Can I apply for PSW if the University provides a letter stating that I have submitted my desertation and my results will be out on so & so date. Will this letter be sufficient to apply for PSW or do I need a transcript.

2) Can I apply for a course which is a 1yr Diploma course leading to Msc and if I can apply how long can I and my dependent allowed to work.

Unless you achieve a pass grade in your dissertation, your MBA isn't complete. Therefore, the answer is no.
