Dependent Visa for Wife

Iam in Uk on a 6 months Work permit. I would like to bring my wife sometime in May 2006 for a month before My work permit expires.
Can any one tell me how to apply for the dependent Visa for my wife? What are all the documents required to apply for the visa?

if it's for a month, then get her a visitor visa instead

My Work Permit is most likely to be extended for another 6 months.

if you are sure that your wp is going to be extended then call her after the extension on a dependant wp...

speak to you manager / company and explain them you situation.....
