Urgently seeking help on Spouse Visa

Hello All,

I am looking for information on the ways and means and as per the CIC regulations which can help in getting the spouse visa to canada other than the usual course of immigration.

What are the fastest ways in terms of the rules and regulations of CIC as per which a spouse can join her PR holder husband at Canada.

The spouse has to join from India.

I was told by some of the immigration experts over here in India that a parallel application for visit visa will make things difficult for CIC to process for the immigration.

Since the processing time is almost 2-3 months, my query is, is there any ways and means by which the spouse can join up as early as possible.

Looking for alternative ways and means to pave way for Canada.

An early reply would help me a lot.

If your spouse can get the visitor visa for Canada, good luck.

otherwise i believe immigration for spouse takes like 3-6 months.

However, i am not sure about New Delhi visa office timelines.
