T-1 Dep visa validity (main before 6 Apr, Dep after 6 Apr)

Hi All,

I am planning to apply for my wife Tier-1 dependant visa (from outside the UK) next week. I am currently in the UK and have got 3 years Tier-1 visa (under the old rules).

My question is what would be the validity of my wife dependant visa, will she get 2 years as per new rules or 3 years as per my visa validity period?
