Hi,

Im on old WP scheme and working for same employer for last 3 years.
I have strange situation as my company is going to review my pay and it seems my pay will up by 15 to 20%. There will be no change in my role and responsibilities though and I will working 100% same job.

After looking various posts here it seems any substantial increase in pay will mean a new application under point based tier 2 system.

I have question, how long will it take for complete process, will it be possible for me to apply for same day visa service if SOC is approved ?
