I am currently on Tier 1 dependent visa in a non tarining post
Just been offered a GP training post
Can I apply for removal of restriction within uk or do I have to go back to home country and apply for tier 2?
Have been told by a lawyer that they might be able to get a letter from hoem office to remove the restriction..just wondering if that is a possibilty
