work permit/visa for nonEU to do internship in Spain

Hello

I just found this forum and I hope there is somebody who can help me.
I recently graduated from the university and I am looking to do an internship in Spain.( I have bulgarian natioanality, but I have graduated in the UK). I found an agency that is dealing with internship programmes in Spain and is willing to find me a place.
My question is what kind of visa I need and do I need a work permit (the internship will be unpaid)? The agency is not in Bulgaria and respectevely can not assist me in the Embassy.
