Hi,

I am planning to apply for tier 1(general).... I am working in India and my package is 9.5 lakh per year. The break of my ctc per month is as follows:

Section: A
Net amt: 64,000(app)
gross amt:69,000(app)

Section: B
Exgratia: 4200

Section: C
pf,gpf: 5630

where A+B+C = 79,000(app)

The explanation A+B+C is given in offer letter. My Pay slip will only show the Section A amount (69,0000) and after the deduction of 1pf & 1gpf frm tht the net amt (64,000) is highlited.

so for how much amt i am eligible to claim the points... is it for section A only or A+B or A+B+C..... No where of my pay slip explains A+B+C apart from offer letter.

Plz suggest..... The information is important for me to drop the application and to decide the date of applying.

You can only claim what is shown in your payslips.

so sad to knw it......... hve to wait for few more months...... will der be any changes in immigration rules in next few months where they say again like pervious tht Bachelor degree guys r not allowed... coz i hve only bachelor degree.... generally whn will they change...... as i will be eligible to apply only after 8 months i.e: next dec..... will der be change in any rules by this month...
