Marriage certificate and passport change - Plz Help

Dear Members,

I have 2 questions plz give ur openion.

Q: I

In Partner accompanying you section in vaf9 form If I say no. Should I have to mention all details of my wife. should I have to provide marriage certificate along with application. I have 9 months old daughter, I have not taken passport for her untill now. If I leave blank or write not taken in passport number space in the point 5.7 of Vaf 9 form will this effect approval. As iam alone planning to move to UK first.


Q:II

I have taken a new passport in 2005 as my photograph in old passport which was taken in 2002 was not good so I applied for new passport with changed photogrph. Should I mention No in point 3.5 of Vaf9 form and should i give all information why i have taken new passport and passport number. Old passport is with me only. or shall I say that it is my first passport. Please suggest me.
