wife maintainance funds

Hi,
I am in UK on Tier 1 General(HSMP) visa since march 2009 . Now i want to apply for my wife who is in pakistan, Could somebody please tell me the funds i have to show and for how long. Could you please also give me the link where they state on ukba website.

so the doc states that:

If the Tier 1 Migrant has been in the United Kingdom for 12 months or more, each family 41. member of the Tier 1 Migrant must have £533 to support himself/herself.

But is it for the dependant who already in uk or for both i mean outside uk aswell?
