Apply for ILR having Tier 2 depedant and Tier1

Apply for ILR having Tier 2 depedant and Tier1

Hi,

I came to UK with WP depedant visa and with the point based system I was given tier 2 depedant visa on Sep 2009. Then on Dec 2009, I got Tier 1 visa in my own capacity. I will be completing 5 years of UK stay on Sept 2010. Can I apply for ILR having the following visas

1. WP dependant
2. Tier 2 (ICT) depandant - Sep 2009
3. Tier 1 (general) - Sep 2010.
