UK Tier 2 (Company Transfer) Visa Rejection

Post by dude123 » Mon Jun 14, 2010 11:24 pm

Hi,

-------------------------------- help me?-------------------------

I had applied for UK Business visa by my company and i got that Visa (for 6 month). After 2 months of getting BV my company asked me to apply for work permit (tier 2 company transfer) and i did. but my file was rejected 320 (7A) because i had marked No for ans of the question (any rejection uk or any other country). But i had one canada student visa rejection in 2004 which is stamped on the last page of my passport. So how can i hide it ane which id not directly impacting to my UK Visa. But i know i did a mistake. As i got the below mentioned Visa so there was no intentioned to hide it.

I am having US Business Visa for 10 year and travelled 2 times.
One schengen visa for 1 year and i travelled once to Europe.

When my WP got rejected i was having BV so i travelled to UK for 2 month (business trip). I was detained at airport for a long but at last they allowed me to enter.

????? Now my question is ??? If i apply for any new application like Business Visa or HSMP or WP (tier 2) with the defining the both rejection one Canadian student visa and one UK WP rejection... Is there any chance to get visa.. Because it is mention that.. Any further application may also be refused under section 320 (7B).

What are the chances to get visa...??

What if my another new application got rejected under section 320 (7B).. what will be the impact on travelling to another country???

please advice... i will be very thankful to you if you can help me.

Thanks,
D

every application is entertained on its own merit. just because you got refused this time around doesnt mean you will get the same result next time.

you made a mistake by, technically lying, on the application form and thats a serious offence, whether you meant it or not is not an issue here.

apply in confidence next time and make sure you declare everything they ask, and MORE, in ur covering letter.

unless you are given a ban of 1 year etc. i think you will be fine when you make a new applicaton.
