Below is the point from Policy Document
136. We will not make any uplift calculations on overseas earnings for extension applications. The applicant must clearly show on the application form which of the earnings were made in the United Kingdom and which were earned overseas. We will add the pounds sterling value of these overseas earnings to any United Kingdom earnings. We will then consider the total figure against the points-scoring table above.

is this an initial application or an extension?
If it's an initial application, then YES you can use uplift ratio. If otherwise, then it's a resounding NO.
Hope this helps

Since you are already working in UK, I guess you are applying for extension. In that case, you have to use ratio of UK.

That is incorrect my friend. You cannot apply the upliftment ratio for extension applications.

it won't change the amount anyway even if uses uplift ratio of uk lol
but I second that, he can't use the uplift for extension as it won't make any sense
Goodluck.

Wanna PM me and I'd advise you better mate. If I were you, I'd hold off on the 'tax certificate' mate. It has caused heartaches for a lot of folks.
