I am trying to send private message, but I am not sure why it getting stuck at outbox, only means for me to publish a post, I shall change the subject and query later to publish a helpful topic after my appointment which is on 24th June.

I have complete my cover letter, and need a senior memeber to review, at the moment i could see only you as a active member in group, I am a bit worried because this is my first application i am submitting on my own.

Just in case if you can spare some time on cover letter please mail me, so that I can forward my cover letter for you to review before I take off to the PEO on Jun 24th..

This is the way it works. Whenever someone sends a PM, initially it goes into the person's Outbox .... and stays in the Outbox until the recipient has opened it ..... after which it gets moved to the Sentbox.

So if the message you refer to is still in the Outbox it means that the recipient has not read it. Simple as that.
