Tier 4 rejected because of 28 days funds issue

Dear All,

I have currently applied in person for Tier 4 visa (24th June). The reason it was rejected, is my silly mistake - I have shown funds on my account less than for 28 days (received on 1st of June)
As I am switching from Tier 2 visa they cancelled it (because I've already resigned) and told that I will receive all my documents in two weeks time.
However, the UKBA officer gave me the official letter that till 29th I can bring the documents showing the sponsorship from my parents. Unfortunately, I cannot receive the originals so soon.
My question is - from your experience, would it be worth to come again to the UKBA office on Tuesday, 29th and provide them with my bank statement ending as of 29th June (which will be 29 days funds are on my account) or it wouldn't work?
