I will applying for Tier 1 General from India.Currently i am in India.


I have bank statement of my UK HSBC account with communication address

as UK address.

Are this bank statements are fine OR i need the bank statment with my India

address...?

Please guide ?

Hi ,

It depends on your earning and how are you dividing them . If you divide them in two , you need 2 bank statement and vice versa one will be needed

As "aliq09" said, it depends.

1. If you are showing your earnings in Pounds for the whole period and you earned all the money in Pounds during the period, then UK HSBC
statements are fine.

2. If you have 2 components and one component got deposited in INDIAN bank in INR, then you need provide both UK HSBC and INDIAN bank statements for the periods.

You can still use the same bank statements. Just take a copy of these statements and keep it in the MAINTENANCE FUND section and mention that you kept the original under PREVIOUS EARNINGS SECTION without fail.
