Unmarried partner visa

Post by gugugu84 » Wed Jun 30, 2010 2:55 pm

Sorry if this is a repeat.

Me and my girlfriend have been living together for a year and 3 months (both of us aren't from a EU country), she got accepted to study in the UK, where I won't be able to go to the UK to study or work.
Is there a possibility of me getting a unmarried partner visa, with us living together for just 1 year and 3 months, and not 2 years, also we don't share any bills, we just live together and that is all that I can proof.

No chace at all I'm afraid, UPV (or student dependent in ur case)is one of the über-stringent ones, 2/3 weeks short, maybe a month u might be lucky, but not 9 months.

Sorry.
