Lost HOME OFFICE Documents

Post by sharjeelpk » Wed Jun 30, 2010 2:35 pm

Hi All,
Last Saturday I had a burglary in my house and I lost all my degrees and hsmp APPROVAL LETTER and all other important documents. I need a guidance now I know I have to apply for my duplicate degrees from my university but what should I do with the Home office papers I don’t have the copy of those papers, I already got extension in Tier 1 last year for 3 years, I know I have plenty of time to make these documents again but I need a proper guidance and the way to follow.
I will appreciate to anyone who gives me a helping hand in this worse situation
As because of some days short in ILR i have to apply for 2nd extension next year.

You wont need HSMP approval letter when extending your visa.
