Working in my father's business

Hi,

I am currently working for my dad. I am part of the finance side. As he is my father, he doesnt pay me any salary because we got joint bank account and I usually withdraw w/e amount I need. But I am planning to apply for Teir 1 High Skill Migrant visa next year. I have requested him to start paying me salary. Will there be any problem that I get salary from my dad? Can someone explain plz?

as long as you're paid from the company account and got payslips etc to prove it, you're good to go
You don't have to mention that it's your dad's business
