FLR (O) Application

Hi All

I am a wheelchair user as a result of an injury in which my neck was broken. I am also under mental health treatment.

I was recently Granted Indefinite Leave to Remain in UK.

I have a younger brother who came illegally to the UK, he has been living here for about 8 years now. He never made any application, basically the Home Office do not know he is living here in UK

I am trying to find out if he could apply for residence permit to stay in UK as I am his brother, disabled living on my own and I have no family here. I geniunly need his help and support

I was asked to fill in FLR application form form but was told if he gets granted Further Leave to Remain he will not be able to work or travel. Am bit confused

Can anyone tel me if we have a case? What type of application you think he could fill in if he has a case?
