To Whom it may concern

This is to certify that Mr. Adnan Manzoor is serving as OG-I and is posted at Credit & Retail Banking Group, in xxxxx, Head Office, Karacho.

His total annual amoluments come to Rs.1,105,318.20 (Net Salary Rs.822,579.20). Besides regular income tax is being deducted at source and deposited in the government treasury.

This certificate is being issued at the request of mr. adnan manzoor for the purpose of obtaining visa from immigration department, the Government of UK.

Yours Faithfully

XYZ

I request all the seniors to please comment on this? Is this sufficient?
Unfortunately this might not be enough because:

1) There is no mention of the period that you have been paid for i.e the period of earnings that you are claiming points for for eg : 01stjuly 2009--30 june 2010

2) I believe that the letter has to break down the gross & net salary for each month which will correspond to the bank statements where the net salary has been credited.

I suggest that you prepare the content of such a letter yourself and then approach your employer to print that on heir letter head...Good luck!!

The period of earnings should be mentioned.

Make sure the net amount mentioned is equal to your credits in your bank.

'(Where an employer letter includes only total gross and net earnings figures for the whole earnings period claimed, we will consider this document. However, only where the dates of the earning period and the total gross/net earnings stated in the letter exactly correspond with the information included in the other documentary evidence of these earnings provided, will we be able to award points.)'
