NI clarification

Hi,

At present, I'm staying in UK on tier-2 Intra company transfer visa. I'm planning to leave from UK shortly and return on few months later. I came to know that NI deduction will continue to stay,even on new workpermit, if I apply & return UK within certain period of time . Please let me know the timeframe I should apply new workpermit or travel UK to retain the NI pay status from my current workpermit.

I am not quite sure that I understand your question. If you are asking if you can get your NI contributions back, the answer is "no". And if you are asking if you get a new NI number when you return, the answer is also "no", because you have the same NI number for life.
