Urgent Query, Spouse Visa

Dear Team!!!

Thank you for your help guys,, I have learnt alot from this forum, I am going to apply for my spouse visa, and can any one tell me how to make an accomodation/housing survey? I am already in UK, and I have rented a house, I have an agreement, and also I have a letter from estate agent, someone told me that I need a sruvey report as welll, but i don't know who to contact for this?

Your partner / spouse cannot apply for spouse visa unless you have been granted settled status (ILR) in the UK.

Until then your partner can only apply for dependent visa.
