Hello everyone,

I am a bit in confusion. I have arrived in the UK in mid 2009 on tier 1 General migrant visa. I started working in August 2009 and still with the same company. from Aug 2009 till June 2010, i have taken 2 annual leaves, 2 weeks each. I am planning to enrol for a training program out of the UK, which will be around 3 months.

My worry was if i stay out of the UK for say 3 months continuous, at the time of my extension, will the board count my stay from june 2009 or they will count it from the day i enter after my 3 months break?

A bit confused. Can anyone please advise me on this or guide me in the correct way, where i can get a clarification on this?
