Maintenance Funds - Exchange rate

Hi, There I am, finally about to apply for tier1 general but there seems to be a small issue.

I have the minimum balance of 2lacs in my bank account for the past 3 months. If i consider the date of application as today, that barely makes the mark (£2818.66).The next date I am comfortably going to make the maintanince funds requirement is a week post 19th july.

Is it wise to apply under such circumstances right now or wait until i meet the requirement comfortably?

My current balance is 3.5lac which is close to £5k.

Also I am assuming the "0% Ã

Suggestions anyone? I am really sitting on the fence and need some advise to jump either way!
