I want to apply for Canada Federal Skilled Worker Visa.

Im in UK,my student visa extension refused and Im waiting for appeal decision.

I want to know,

1-Can I apply from UK or do i need to go to Pakistan?

2-I did IELTS about 5 years ago,since then I am in UK,My IELTS is expired now. Do i still need to another IELTS?

You can apply from either your country of citizenship or a country in which you were granted residence entry for at least 1 year.

For CIC purposes, IELTS is only valid for 1 year. Your results from 5 years ago are not valid. You would need to retake IELTS.

Im on appeal here in UK at the moment,so can I still apply from UK?

I dont have any time specific leave in UK.It is until my appeak is decided.

I have one year experience of College administrator in Pakistan.
And
I have been working in UK as Assistant Building Manager/Supervisor since last 2 years.
Which of above work experiences,U advise me to use for Canada Visa?

If you were granted a residence visa for at least 1 year you may apply from the UK. Keep in mind that if you are called for an interview you would have to attend that at the CIC where you applied. If you leave the UK and are called for an interview, you would need to be able to come to the UK for that. Of course, not all applicants are called for an interview, you need to be prepared for that.

You need to look at options at the CIC's website (www.cic.gc.ca) to find the most appropriate visa for you. It would be difficult to suggest an option with the limited information you provided. There are many variable, you are the best person to judge the right visa as you are the only person who knows your experience and qualifications.

General is preferred, but they will accept either.

You really should look at the CIC website. It will answer most of your questions, at least the basic ones.
