Course Fee + Living Expense

Hi,

If i can show that there is enough money to cover the full Course fee(1 year Level 6 course) + living expenses of 1600 pounds still do i have to pay for the Full Course fee for one year.

Wont it work if i pay some money for the college and start the course and pay the remaining by instalments.
