Hi me and partner tried to apply leave to remain, but it was decline because my partner was illigal immigrant, this happen because of bad advice from money grabbling solicator, I am british with two children, now i want to go to ghana and we apply there, my worry is am marternity and iget those child tax and working credit tax, and i work only 20hrs a week, so if we go to ghana and apply spouse visa will it be successfull? I aslo have 2 bedroom house. my worry is finance? could one tell me how much finance they normally look?
