Query for dependant Visa

Hi Guys,

My wife will be applying for dependant visa from india while i am in UK. Now i need to send her the Tenancy agreement.
The thing is, I am living with one of my friend(married n having his wife here) It's a 2 bhk house. I have taken the Tenancy agreement on my name only. Agent says that though Tenancy agreement is only on my name but my friend's name also would come on some last page in tenancy agreement.

So do i need to take the NOC agreement from my friend. I believe it's not required as Tenancy agreement is only on my name.

Please let me know your responses asap as i need to send the agreement to india.
