5 months gap between courses.

Hi
My friend finished her last course in 15/04/2010. Her student visa will run out 30/08/2010. She is still in UK and wanna study new course which will start from 13/09/2010. So there is nearly 5 months gap between end of her last course and start of her new course. In this case can she apply from UK for tier 4 student visa? Any advice please, Is the 5 months gap would be an issue?

no.. coz he visa expires within one month of her new course start..

I totally understand she has to start her new course within 1 month after her visa run-out-date. Problem is she will have had 5 months gap between previous course end and new course start. Is the 5 months gap a problem to apply Tier 4 student visa from inside UK?
