Part time Job & account letter format

Hi guys,

I am planning to apply for tier 1 this month. last month (june) i got a week end project contract from a private company for 4 months and they paid me advance on last month. Shall i include this along with with my regular salary income for my previous earnings. if so, what kind of letter i have to get it from the CA.

I have contract copy, purchase order from that private company. is that sufficent? kindly help me out.

letter of contract. payment invoice/slip and as long it tellies with the bank statements, shouldn't be an issue at all.
