HSMP on UK VISIT VISA

If i will be in UK on Visit Visa then i have following question
- Can i apply for HSMP during staying in UK on visit visa ?
- Can i send and received documents in UK during my staying there ?
- Will it be effect on my HSMP application positive or negative?

1. No. although you can complete and post your letters but return address should be outside UK

You can apply for HSMP during a visit, but you need to go back to your home country to apply for EC once your HSMP has been approved.

2 - yes because you can use a UK address for your application anyway
3 - no.
