Evidence of (adequate) accommodation is more important than where.

So don't think this will be a problem but if you are keen to submit a letter from the accommodation manager to be on the safe side, please share if the two hospitals come under the same NHS Trust?

In that case, the name of the trust should be included in the tenancy agreement. Therefore, I do not believe any additional document is required.

But as your earlier application was rejected, it is but natural for you to be extra cautious. You may arrange for a letter from the accommodation manager stating that though your husband is working at XYZ hospital but staying at hospital accommodation at ABC hospital, since both the hospitals are part of the same NHS trust, trust policy allows employed staff to stay at any trust accommodation.

thanks for your advice yes tenency agreement has name of nhs trust and it also shows the names of five hospitals under it.letter from accomodation officer is like this doctor is living in married family accomodation.she said she issues same letter to everyone and has her contact number and although she cant ammend it but she can issue same letter with recent date.his recent bank statement with pay from new hospital also has this old address.hope it will not be a problem .

Then, IMHO, you are worrying unnecessarily.

Should work as it is, if you wish to attach it.

Don't see a reason why it should be.
