Hi People, i am a student here in the UK and i summited in my application april last year and i got refused and was putten under appeal, and my appeal was successful in dec 2009, and uptil this present time i havn't heard anything from the home office not even a call in letter, and i later found out that my college license has been seized and i already won my appeal before the college license was seized, i don't know if this is the cause or not, pls people tell me what to do cos i feel like hanging myself here cos it is so faustrating not knowing how long you are gonna be waiting for, any number to call, fax or even to address a letter. Any assistance will be appreciated.

IMHO, if the college had his license revoked after your appeal was allowed, the following may apply:

If we suspend your education provider's Tier 4 sponsor licence while you are studying in the UK, we will limit your permission to stay.

If you were not involved in the reasons why the licence was withdrawn, your permission to stay will be reduced to 60 days. We will not limit your permission to stay at all if your permission to stay will expire in less than six months. You may want to apply for permission to stay with another Tier 4 sponsor during this time.

If we think you were involved in the reasons why the licence was withdrawn, we will curtail your permission to stay immediately.
