Your passports and mistakes about dob on passports are also not relevant here as this is not something they have objected to.
If and when you apply again, make sure that you don't make such *mistakes* - knowingly or unknowingly.

this year on 22 june i applied for tier 4 for nd the passport i submited with my application was actually ma second passport... on ma 1st passport my my date of birth was wrong so in 2009 i applied for new passport for correction of my date of birth in ISB they canceled my previous PP nd issued me new 1.... well when i was about to collect my new PP an accident happen in our home cause of gas leakin nd everythin was burned... with other persnl and important old documents our previous uk's visit application's record nd my old PP was also totaly burned nothin left to mention in my new tier 4 application... my younder brother named MUHAMMAD ALI (he was 18y nd 4m old) also lost his life in same accident on 2nd aug 2009...
well befor submiting my tier 4 application i talked to my consultant about ma previous lost record... now i realised he totly missguided me he said in 2005 when ur mother apply for a UK visit visa u were her dependnt so in 2005 BHC refuse ur mothers application not urs nd also u don't have any record so there is no need mention this.....
tht person who told me this b4 submiting my tier 4 app he filled my application form....
thts the whole story so wat u think wat should i do ??? should i tell them the story in review request nd wat sort of document/letters i need to submit in support like my brother death certificate ????
