hi am sunny
i wan to apply for canada student visa under spp program frm indai but my application is once refused in 2008 if dis had any impact on my present application >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

You will be asked if you have applied for a visa before and the details of this refusal will be looked at. Impact on your new application will depend entirely on the reasons you were refused a visa the first time round.
