Processing time- Reconsider cases-new policy for HSMP PBS?

Does anyone know how long should I be expecting to wait for my case to be reviewed under the new policy-maintenance funds for PBS HSMP Tier1 that came out 24 July 2010..?

1. HSMP closed in 2008, before PBS was introduced. So there is nothing called HSMP Tier 1 PBS!
2. For the same reason (as above), no new policy for HSMP has been announced on 24-July - as you claim.

If your query is regarding the new policy guidance issued by UKBA in light of the Pankina judgement regarding maintenance funds requirements for PBS applications (Tier 1, 2, 4 or 5) submitted until 23-July, then check with UKBA if they are reviewing such applications on a priority basis or not. If not, then the standard wait time applies - 14 weeks.
