Working Visa Ireland Query

Hello All,
I have a valid Working Visa as a ICT professional for Ireland.I got this visa last year and is is valid for once more year.I got this visa last year because of a job offer from Company XX.But, due to some personal reasons I didnot travel to Ireland.Now I have a new offer from other Company YY.Is my old visa still valid to work for this new company and am I eleigible to enter Ireland?Should the new company do anything to my visa ?

u didnt mention ur natioanlity???

anyway, u can travel now, after one year your visa has been given.

but u need to explain valid reason in immigration-airport for late...

u can explain, that u had an offer now, that makes u to travel to Ireland.

it wont be a problem... or
