Hi

We applied for our fiance visa at vfs cochin on the 4th May 2010. Today is the 65 th working day. ( the 13th week)

We havent heard anything yet, although we have emailed, faxed and called them.

All help would be grateful

Can we write a letter of complaint .. as vfs site said all are processed within 60 days.

The time given on their website is for guidnace purposes.Depending on how busy each post is, it can take a bit longer that what they say.

You are entitled to complain, but I would ask your local MP/solicitor to write on your behalf to ask for progress. Avergae wait in Indo-Pak is around 3-4 months by the way.
