ILR refused

Hello Averybody.

I was wondering if any one knows what can be done in my situation . My ILR (long residency 10 yaers) was refused without right of appeal.

Last 8 mouths of my stay here contunued under section 3c after my application for dependant of tier 1 was refused . When all my appeal rights were exhausted I complited 10 years and applied for ILR.
Decision from Upper tribunal came 14 may , ILR application submited on 17 may.

Can I challenge this decision ? What are chances of challenge to be successful ?
