It seems that it would be better if you provided a letter detailing periodic gross and net salaries instead of the pay-slips. The letter from the employer should conform to the requirements set in the guidance note and also explain the change in frequency of salary payment.kalpitsom wrote:Hi Sushdmehta, can I ask u one more question pls.
My ques:
I got the payslips "fortnightly" for about 6 months and "four weekly" thereafter during last 12 months. I would like to provide an employer letter explaining salary for last 12 months at the time of extension. Could u pls suggest me the way to show the time periods for those different pay slips to show gross and net pay?
Thanks in advance
Kalpit
1. Highly skilled worker doesn't have a requirement regarding whether the job is high skill job or not. In addition, it is hard to specify the scope of high skill. Thus, the only factor to assess the high skill is the money earned in this job. It is noted that your previous salary for extension of leave to remain under the Highly skill worker in the last 12 months must be higher than the previous earining that you refer to in your initial application.kalpitsom wrote:Hi to all.
I am a silent viewer of this forum since long. I found it as a very useful and the ppl in this forum are really helpful.
My HSMP visa is due to extend in few months. I have few queries about Tier 1 extension. I hope I will get suggestion from seniors.
My queries:
1) will there be any problem in visa extension if someone doesn't have high skill job? It's becoz I am working as a area supervisor for a security company and planning to applying for extension as I will earn sufficient amount for the extension from the job.
2) one of my payslip's amount doesn't match with bank statement . It's becoz, in my previous salary, my employer mistakenly deducted some amount as a student loan and when I mentioned about this mistake to the company then they added that amount in my next salary. But the problem is the amount is only added to my next salary and credited in my bank account but not mentioned in my next pay slip. That's why the amount in the pay slip differs from the amount credited into my account. So what will be the solution for my both salaries to be considered?
Will be waiting for the appropriate suggestion from seniors.
Many thanks.
